Life doesn’t come with a pause button, and when the stress piles up, it can feel like there’s no way to catch your breath. Maybe you’ve been powering through—meeting deadlines, showing up for others, juggling responsibilities—yet inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself.
1:1 therapy offers you something rare: a space that’s completely yours. A space to slow down, release the constant “shoulds,” and discover what you actually need to feel steady, grounded, and alive again.
What to Expect
In our sessions together, you’ll find a balance of practical tools and compassionate support. I’ll help you identify the patterns that keep you stuck—like self-criticism, worry, or people-pleasing—and guide you in shifting them. Together, we’ll work toward:
Calming anxiety and easing stress so you can breathe again
Building resilience in the face of life’s challenges
Reconnecting with your body and emotions in safe, supportive ways
Letting go of shame and guilt that weigh you down
Learning new practices for regulation, mindfulness, and self-compassion
Rediscovering joy, laughter, and a sense of possibility
My Approach
As a holistic therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I draw from a wide range of evidence-based and body-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory. That means we can tailor your therapy to meet you exactly where you are. Some sessions may focus on gentle nervous system regulation practices, while others may help you process difficult experiences, shift old thought patterns, or create strategies for moving forward.
Why 1:1 Therapy?
When you work with me one-on-one, you’re not just getting techniques—you’re gaining a partner in your healing. I bring both professional training and deep compassion to our sessions, and my role is to walk beside you as you begin to reclaim your power, release what no longer serves you, and step into a life that feels more like your own.
If you’ve been carrying more than your share for too long, therapy can be the place where you set it down.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s begin.
