Life can be tricky...

Therapy can help you navigate.

Maybe you feel busy all the time, but never seem to get everything (or anything?) done. You can't remember the last time you laughed and felt real joy and relaxation. There's always that nagging feeling of guilt or anxiety that you are disappointing someone because you haven't done enough or finished something. Maybe you've been waking up in the middle of night with a mind that just. won't. stop. So you've been facing the day exhausted every morning. And that tightness in your chest and shoulders is ever present. Making it hard to breathe. You're probably not eating as well as you could be, nor are you exercising. Because how can you find the time?

You have a list of "to do's" a mile long and nowhere on the list are your needs/wants or desires listed. You don't even know what you want anymore.

Maybe you are ready to make some changes in your life. Even if you're not sure where to begin...

If any or all of this sounds like your life, working with me in therapy may start to turn some patterns around and help you to find your power, re-prioritize your life and ultimately reconnect with your joy again.

I know that making changes can be hard. I'd love to support you in your journey.

The great thing in this world is not so much where we are, but in which direction we are moving.
